Alchemy Lacquers Creature Feature Collection

Hi, lovelies! I have some new polishes from Alchemy Lacquers to share with you today! The Creature Feature collection consists of 6 polishes and I also have a limited edition polish that commemorates the 5th anniversary of Alchemy Lacquers. These polishes will be available here on 10/25 at 1pm EST and I will list prices of each along with the descriptions.

Frank is a green jelly with purple iridescent flakes, purple to magenta to pink to gold shifting flakes and purple to pink to red to green clear glitters. This polish was inspired by Frankenstein’s monster and was opaque for me in 3 thin coats. The formula was very easy to work with and removal was not difficult at all. This polish will be $11.00.

Ardeth is a taupe creme with a pink to green shifting shimmer, scattered holo flakes and a linear holo finish. This polish was inspired by the Mummy and was opaque in 2 easy coats. The formula was perfection and this will be available for $10.00.

Griffin is a translucent turquoise jelly special effects topper that contains a copper to orange to gold to green shimmer and was inspired by the Invisible Man. I wore 2 coats of this over white and black. It was so easy to work with and looked great over both colors. This will be available for $11.50.

Lilith is a midnight blue jelly polish with a blue to purple to pink to gold shifting flakes, multi-sized blue iridescent glitters and micro holo glitters. This polish was opaque in 3 easy coats and was a breeze to apply and remove. Lilith will be available for $11.00.

Gilded Creature Feature is a purple flake polish with gold to silver micro flakes, green to purple to pink shifting flakes with multi-sized green and black holo glitters. This polish was opaque for me in 3 coats.

Vlad is a black jelly with red to orange to gold to green chrome flakes with scattered silver holo flakes. This polish was inspired by Dracula and was opaque in 3 thin coats. Vlad will be $11.00.

Complex is the 5th anniversary LE polish that really lives up to its name. Complex is a blue leaning dark purple jelly polish with a red to orange to gold to green shimmer. It appears very purple on the brush but when built up on the nail, it does lean more red. Maybe the shimmer makes it appear that way. Either way, I love it and it really does keep you intrigued. This polish was opaque for me in 2 coats and will be $11.50. The formula was very easy to work with as well.

The entire Creature Feature collection will be available for $61.00. I was very impressed by this entire collection and they are perfect for Halloween! I’ll leave all the pertinent links below. Thank you for reading!

Polish Pickup September 2019

Hello, again! I have 2 polishes from Polish Pickup to share with you today! September’s theme is Magic And Alchemy and the makers involved have created some beautiful things for us!  Let’s talk about Polish Pickup first and then we’ll get into the swatches. For first time readers, Polish Pickup is an interactive group on Facebook (I will include the link to the group at the end of this post) that allows you to submit theme ideas for each month and vote for your favorite theme. After the theme is picked, you may then select your favorite polishes to purchase from a multitude of different makers. It’s a fabulous concept and very popular! The  shop  opens the first Friday of every month and closes the following Monday. This month, the shop opens on 9/6 at 11 am EST and closes on 9/9 at 11:59pm EST. They offer flat rate shipping to the US ($3) and Canada ($5) and orders will usually start shipping about 3 weeks after the shop has closed. Ready for swatches? Coming right up!  By Dany Vian

P*O*P Polish Pastel Oil Slick 360 collection

Hello, multichrome lovers! Are you ready to see something new, exciting and gorgeous?? Because I have 8 new multichromes from P*O*P Polish to share with you guys today! I was very excited when Bianca asked me to swatch her new polishes and even more excited to find out that we both live in the same city. So not only did I find a new to me indie brand, I found a new, local indie brand which is super exciting to me. These multichromes are new because they are pastel! We’re used to the darker toned multichromes where the normal shifts are blues, greens, purples, golds but these new pastel multichromes have a shift added. Nude and grey shifts can be seen in these in certain lighting. They were hard to capture but they’re there. These polishes were so intriguing to swatch. I was staring at my fingers constantly when I wore them. The Pastel Oil Slicks will be available to purchase on August 10th at 3pm EST here:  https://www.etsy.com/sho
