Cupcake Polish Pirate Collection


Hello, I have some new Cupcakes to share with you today. The Pirate Collection will be available on 5/13 at 8pm CDT. They will be $13 each. These holographic polishes are absolutely gorgeous and you guys will need them all. Let’s get into the swatches, shall we? 





Marooned is a rich maroon red holographic nail polish that was opaque in 2 easy coats. The formula on this polish and the others in the Pirate collection is so easy to work with and apply. This maroon color is so beautiful! I really love deep reds like this one.









Yo-Ho-Ho is a metallic rose gold holographic nail polish. I will never, ever tire of rose gold polishes and this one is absolutely beautiful! I wore this for a few days and didn’t want to take it off. It was opaque for me in 2 easy coats. 









Abandon Ship is described as a very pale pink pearl holographic nail polish that applied beautifully. I love delicate colors like this, they’re so pretty! My swatches show 3 thin coats and a quick drying top coat.

Jolly Roger is a black holographic nail polish that is packed with red to orange to gold to green aurora shimmers and pink to red to orange to gold to green shifting iridescent flakes. This polish is stunning and another that I kept on for a few days after swatching, I really love the flakes and shimmers in this polish, they glow! My swatches show 3 thin coats and a quick drying top coat. 









Walk The Plank is a super metallic silver holographic polish with reflective silver shimmers. For my swatches shown, I used 2 coats and a quick drying top coat. This polish is so silvery, I really love it! 









Dead Men Tell No Tales is a bronze holographic nail polish that is packed with gold and bronze fleck shimmers and bronze and gold flakes. This polish is stunning! I used 3 thin coats and a quick drying top coat for my swatches. 









I really love this collection, it has 6 great polishes that any polish lover needs so head on over to the shop and pick these up, you guys! You won't regret it. Thanks for reading!

Polish Pickup September 2019

  Hello, again! I have 2 polishes from Polish Pickup to share with you today! September’s theme is Magic And Alchemy and the makers involved have created some beautiful things for us!  Let’s talk about Polish Pickup first and then we’ll get into the swatches. For first time readers, Polish Pickup is an interactive group on Facebook (I will include the link to the group at the end of this post) that allows you to submit theme ideas for each month and vote for your favorite theme. After the theme is picked, you may then select your favorite polishes to purchase from a multitude of different makers. It’s a fabulous concept and very popular! The  shop  opens the first Friday of every month and closes the following Monday. This month, the shop opens on 9/6 at 11 am EST and closes on 9/9 at 11:59pm EST. Pahlish Arcana collection

      Hello, fellow polish lovers! I have some new Pahlish to share today. Pahlish is my absolute favorite indie maker so everything she makes, I love and this new collection is no exception. The Arcana collection was inspired by Tarot cards and each one is just stunning. I have no prior knowledge of Tarot at all but I did a bit of research after receiving this collection to swatch and it’s very fascinating. These new Pahlishes will be available in her shop on Sunday, 1/14 at 7 pm central time. Shannon is also one of the guest makers in Hella Holo Customs this month and 4 custom polishes will be available for purchase. You do have to be a member of their Facebook group to buy them so go check it out if you don’t want to miss new pretties.
