Glam Polish Anti Valentine’s LE Collection

Hey, guys! I’m back with some gorgeous new polishes from Glam Polish
The Anti-Valentine’s Day LE (Limited Edition) polishes will be released on 2/1 at 2pm EST. These polishes will be available in extremely limited quantities and will not be restocked once they sell out so get those ninja fingers ready! The first 65 orders over $60 will also receive a free mystery LE polish. Even more incentive to get those fingers ready!
The thing I love most about these polishes (besides how beautiful they are) are their names! They’re all named after songs! Music is basically my life so I love when polishes have music themed names. Let’s see what Glam has in store for us, shall we?

When Doves Cry is a lavender crelly with aurora shimmer and holo microglitters. This polish was opaque for me in 3 thin coats and had a wonderful formula which is what I’ve come to expect from Glam. This color is so light and beautiful and the shimmer is amazing!

Thank U, Next is a light pink holo crelly with iridescent flakies and ultra holo glitters. For my swatches, I used 3 thin coats and the formula was perfect. I really love pinks like this, they’re so gorgeous!

Forget You is a teal crelly with pink, purple and ultramarine matte glitters and a hint of holo. I used 3 thin coats for my swatches and the formula was so easy to work with. Removal was not bad despite all the glitters. I did scrub a bit and the glitters did stick to my skin but they came off easily. I love this polish, the glitters make it so fun!

Single Ladies is a light copper holo with multichrome flakes and ultra holo glitters. This polish is stunning and I wore this for 3 days. I used 2 thin coats and my favorite top coat to make it last. This polish applied beautifully and the flakes all laid flat on the nail. It did require a bit of scrubbing but since I use pure Acetone for removal, once I got through the top coat, it came off easier.

Heart Shaped Box is a dark fuschia jelly with aurora shimmer and ultra holo glitters. This color is amazingly gorgeous! I used 2 coats and a quick drying top coat for my swatches. The formula was perfect and easy to work with.

They’re all beautiful, right? Don’t forget to get these and keep an eye out for more Anti-Valentine’s swatches from @nailsbysammie on Instagram.
Will you be buying any of these beauties on the 1st? Let me know in the comments and thanks for reading.

Polish Pickup September 2019

Hello, again! I have 2 polishes from Polish Pickup to share with you today! September’s theme is Magic And Alchemy and the makers involved have created some beautiful things for us!  Let’s talk about Polish Pickup first and then we’ll get into the swatches. For first time readers, Polish Pickup is an interactive group on Facebook (I will include the link to the group at the end of this post) that allows you to submit theme ideas for each month and vote for your favorite theme. After the theme is picked, you may then select your favorite polishes to purchase from a multitude of different makers. It’s a fabulous concept and very popular! The  shop  opens the first Friday of every month and closes the following Monday. This month, the shop opens on 9/6 at 11 am EST and closes on 9/9 at 11:59pm EST. They offer flat rate shipping to the US ($3) and Canada ($5) and orders will usually start shipping about 3 weeks after the shop has closed. Ready for swatches? Coming right up!  By Dany Vian

Pahlish Arcana collection

Hello, fellow polish lovers! I have some new Pahlish to share today. Pahlish is my absolute favorite indie maker so everything she makes, I love and this new collection is no exception. The Arcana collection was inspired by Tarot cards and each one is just stunning. I have no prior knowledge of Tarot at all but I did a bit of research after receiving this collection to swatch and it’s very fascinating. These new Pahlishes will be available in her shop on Sunday, 1/14 at 7 pm central time. Shannon is also one of the guest makers in Hella Holo Customs this month and 4 custom polishes will be available for purchase. You do have to be a member of their Facebook group to buy them so go check it out if you don’t want to miss new pretties. Ok, let’s get to the good stuff- swatches!      First up, I have the King of Cups. This polish is a medium taupe with a mix of holo flakes and pigment and bright purple shifting shimmers. The holo flakes and pigments are something you will see rep
