Color Infinity Birds of Paradise collection

Hello to all the lacquered lovelies out there! This new collection was purchased by me using an early access discount. This collection will be available on: www.mycolorinfinity.com as a preorder from April 27th (at 10 AM EST) until May 7th (11:59 PM EST). During the preorder, the price for the full collection will be $30 (or $6 a piece) and $6.50 for individuals. After the preorder, any overpour will be priced at $7 each. Alright, now that we have all the details, let's get into the swatches!
First, I have Rainbow Lorikeet. This polish has a white crelly base with a rainbow of holographic and matte neon glitters and scattered holo shimmer and blue microflakies. This polish was opaque in 2 easy coats and it's such a fun polish! I love the colorful glitters in the white base.

Blue Macaw is a gorgeous, creamy, medium sky blue polish with gold, green and purple shimmers. This polish was also opaque in 2 easy coats and the formula is fabulous! I couldn't resist adding a reverse stamped blue macaw to this base.

Keel Billed Toucan is a berry jelly polish with a green shimmer and multicolored ultrachrome chameleon flakies. This was opaque in 2 easy coats. This berry color and the flakies are so pretty. I reverse stamped a toucan on this polish as well.

Chilean Flamingo is a bright neon coral with a scattered silver holo and holo flakies. This was opaque in 2 easy coats. This polish is so bright, I need shades! It also freaked out my camera as well. This color pulled more orange toned than the true bright coral color it is. It also reminds of the exact color of the bird that the polish was named after. I couldn't help reverse stamping a small flamingo over this as well.

The last polish from the Birds of Paradise collection is Sun Conure. This is a kelly green polish with a green shimmer and orange, red and gold ultrachrome chameleon flakies. This polish was opaque in 3 easy coats. I love this shade of green and the flakes are so pretty!

These are my first polishes from Color Infinity and I was impressed by them all! The colors and formula on each polish are so pretty. Will you be picking any of these up on the 27th? Let me know in the comment section.

Polish Pickup September 2019

Hello, again! I have 2 polishes from Polish Pickup to share with you today! September’s theme is Magic And Alchemy and the makers involved have created some beautiful things for us!  Let’s talk about Polish Pickup first and then we’ll get into the swatches. For first time readers, Polish Pickup is an interactive group on Facebook (I will include the link to the group at the end of this post) that allows you to submit theme ideas for each month and vote for your favorite theme. After the theme is picked, you may then select your favorite polishes to purchase from a multitude of different makers. It’s a fabulous concept and very popular! The  shop  opens the first Friday of every month and closes the following Monday. This month, the shop opens on 9/6 at 11 am EST and closes on 9/9 at 11:59pm EST. They offer flat rate shipping to the US ($3) and Canada ($5) and orders will usually start shipping about 3 weeks after the shop has closed. Ready for swatches? Coming right up!  By Dany Vian

Pahlish Arcana collection

Hello, fellow polish lovers! I have some new Pahlish to share today. Pahlish is my absolute favorite indie maker so everything she makes, I love and this new collection is no exception. The Arcana collection was inspired by Tarot cards and each one is just stunning. I have no prior knowledge of Tarot at all but I did a bit of research after receiving this collection to swatch and it’s very fascinating. These new Pahlishes will be available in her shop on Sunday, 1/14 at 7 pm central time. Shannon is also one of the guest makers in Hella Holo Customs this month and 4 custom polishes will be available for purchase. You do have to be a member of their Facebook group to buy them so go check it out if you don’t want to miss new pretties. Ok, let’s get to the good stuff- swatches!      First up, I have the King of Cups. This polish is a medium taupe with a mix of holo flakes and pigment and bright purple shifting shimmers. The holo flakes and pigments are something you will see rep
