Hello, lovelies! Today, I have quite a few polishes from Polished for Days. I’m quite in love with this brand. Jenna comes up with some of the most beautiful and unique color and shimmer combos. Ready for all my pics? Let’s go!
First, I have The Land of Oz. This polish was Jenna’s contribution to March’s Polish Pickup theme, books. She was inspired by The Wizard of Oz and this polish just glows. The Land of Oz has a pale periwinkle jelly base with green to purple micro glowing flakes, green to purple to blue shifting iridescent flakes and holo flakes. I used 3 thin coats and my favorite top coat, Timeless from Cuticula for this mani.
Next, I have 3 polishes from the Enchanted Forest collection. First, I have Fireflies. This polish is jaw droppingly stunning. Fireflies has a navy base with orange to green iridescent flakes, orange to green shifting micro flakes and scattered holo micro flakes. This polish was opaque in 3 easy coats and I used the Timeless top coat from Cuticula for this mani.
Amantia is amazing! This polish has a purple base with copper shimmer, pink to gold shifting micro flakes, orange to green scattered micro flakes and holo micro flakes. I used 3 coats and Frooty Pebbles base and top coat from Cuticula for this mani.
The last polish that I purchased from the Enchanted Forest collection is Willow and wow, she is a beaut! Willow has a teal base with pink to gold shifting micro flakes, holo flakes and a fabulous pink shimmer. I used 3 coats and Sweet Peaches base and Timeless top coat from Cuticula for this mani.
Solar Flare was Jenna’s contribution to the Across the Universe theme for April’s Polish Pickup and I love it so! Solar Flare has a blackened base with orange to free micro flakes, orange to green iridescent flakes and holo micro flakes. I used 2 coats and Cuticula’s Polish Pickup contribution, Effervescent top and silk base coat for this mani.
Next, I have Vitae, a gorgeous magnetic polish. If you've read my past blog posts, you know that I am obsessed with magnetics so when I saw that Jenna had created one with Kendra (aka The Polished Okie), I had to pick it up! Vitae is has a black base with a teal to purple to pink shifting multichrome magnetic pigment and scattered pink to gold to green shifting microflakes. I used 2 coats for this mani.
Last, I have the 2018 Indie Shop Anaheim exclusive, Bibbidi-Bobbidi Boo. This is a gorgeous Cinderella blue with shiting iridescent flakes, orange to green shifting micro flakes and silver holo flakes. I love it so much! I'll definitely be using this one again for some Cinderella nail art! I used 3 thin coats for this mani. I also used Cuticula's Indie Shop exclusive for this mani, Kiss The Girl Silk base and Timeless top coat. It smells amazing! This scent is a blend of sweet black raspberries with rich, velvety vanilla cream with a handful of berries, a touch of floral and a soft sweet dry base of musk. It really does smell amazing and I find myself reaching for this scent very often lately. Not only that, I keep sniffing my nails once I do use it!
Now do you see what I meant about color and shimmer combos? They’re fabulous, right? She makes the glowiest polishes, too. I love them! Thanks for reading!
